fairy tale_Little Red Riding Hood

Once upon a time there was a sweet little girl who was loved by all who knew her. One day her mother told her to take some cakes and wine to her grandmother's house in the woods, but not to leave the path. That was too dangerous.

When Little Red Riding Hood reached the woods, she met a wolf who asked her where she was going. She told the wolf all about her grandmother and where she lived. The wolf and Little Red Riding Hood picked some bright flowers and played together. After few minutes, they said goodbye and Little Red Riding Hood began to walk again. Maybe you didn't notice that, but there was a photographer who loves Little Red Riding Hood. That day, as well, he was there, but she ignored him and kept going to her grandmother's house. Soon, she got to grandmother's house. She entered the house and put the beautiful flowers in a vase, and poured some water in it.

"Grandma, how are you today? You feel better? I brought some flowers on my way here, look!" she said, but grandmother didn't answer.
"Grandma? Are you listening?" she didn't answer too.
Then, Little Red Riding Hood found her grandmother dead on the bed. The wolf killed her. The bed was a mess of bleeding flesh. She fainted momentarily at the sight.

She opened her eyes after long hours. She noticed that she was in the photographer's house, because there were a huge amount of pictures of her. She slowly walked around the house and found a photo lab. Red light and cold air made the room more scary. She walked into the room. Before long, she found more pictures, and then, she was very shocked and even felt dizzy at the sight. This was because, the pictures showed Little Red Riding Hood who was killing her grandmother and photographer. She couldn't believe that, so she searched through the whole room, but the more she found the more she got evidences. Lastly, she found the photographer's body in the darkroom. She cried for a long long time.

Moral: Know yourself. There could be alter ego.

Apartment Plus Traditional House

These days, over 60 percent of the people live in apartment. Apartment looks very strong and solid so, it could keep privacy. However I think apartment is much weak to keep it. Because walls are so thin that we can hear someone plays piano or something loud sounds. There are many independent houses in a same building. So, it is much easier to be interrupted.

On the other hand, people in the past really tried to keep their privacy.  First of all, they divided the interior with rooms and they made at least two buildings, Sarang-Chae, An-Chae, Hangrang-Chae. These are for separating. They made sections for men, women, and guests. There's an old saying that says a boy and a girl should not sit together after the age of seven. This practice dates from the Joseon Dynasty period. For this reason, people divided rooms, and this make room to keep privacy and hierarchy in a family. Moreover, in the past, there is a fence in each house. It keeps people inside from people outside's eyes.

Comparing modern house and traditional house, you can find that people always concern about privacy problem. In my opinion, people today are very sensitive about their privacy, but it is much better to live in traditional house than in modern house.

This picture is the basic formal form of the traditional house. Many people interest in traditional houses, new apartments and hotels that using traditional architecture are popping up in these days. You can find more information about that in this site.
